Chilly Dilly??was the "personality" pickle mascot used mostly in drive-in movie adds to sell dill pickles that were "packed in a jar for??the freshest flavor" and "served cold in a sac for you to savor."

The Dixie Drive-In Theatre opened in 1955 in Louisville's Shively neighborhood. Located at 4915 Dixie Hwy., it closed in 1967. The site was later a K-Mart and is currently a large grocery store.

Opened in 1954 at 10543 Memphis Ave. in Brooklyn, just outside of Cleveland, this drive-in movie theater entertained moviegoers for over 50 years.

Established in the 1950's, Tic Tock eventually had four locations in the San Francisco area.

Forest Auto Drive-In Theatre.

The Westlake Drive-in opened in the summer of 1950 on 10th St., near what is today the intersection with I-465. It closed in 1982. Today the site is occupied by a medical building and a home improvement center.
