Uncle Bill's had 5 stores in the Cleveland area in 1961 when it was acquired by Cook's. Ontario stores and 3 other Midwest discount chains were also bought by Cook's. The company also owned Pick-n-Pay stores but sold them in 1972. In 1976 it absorbed Rink's, ultimately folding in 1987.
The sweatshirt is great, but the image on the website needs to be updated. A short sleeved shirt is shown and I think that led to confusion with my initial order.
