The Portland Pride were charter members of the Continental Indoor Soccer League (CISL) and played in all five of the league's seasons (1993-1997). They made the play-offs in their first season, but did not qualify in their remaining campaigns. Still, they averaged almost 6,000 fans a game at Memorial Coliseum.
