Robert and?? Peggy Judge opened Judges', Beyond the Reef in Brookfield, Wisconsin in 1964. The couple added an A-frame entrance to the original log cabin building and some full-sized plastic palm trees out front that could handle a midwestern winter and thus created a Milwaukee institution.
