Located in the second largest building in Cincinnati, Tower Place was a shopping center with around two dozen stores throughout several floors of the Carew Tower. It opened in 1991 to much fanfare and was a bustling shopping destination for years. Shoppers gradually stopped coming, though, and the last store closed in 2013.
